Abs, Booty and Back

This circuit class has become one of the studio's most intensive formats. Not for the faint at heart, this class focuses on short rest and explosive moves, strictly challenging the lower body and core. When correctly performed- this class is the foundation for a beautiful physique. Strong defined legs, a beautiful back and a sexy midsection.

BOSU Bootcamp

From the novice to the fitness expert, bosu boot camp has something for everyone. Using the bosu as a launching pad to challenge the body at the highest level. This class focuses on a blend of core strength, cardio, and muscle endurance; using resistance bands, fit-balls, and of course, the bosu. Here we will incorporate a functional aspect to fitness with hard work ethics. The only Bosu Master Trainer in the Midwest, Koficore himself, leads this class.

Mind Body Bootcamp

This format is a culmination of functional training, tai chi, and yoga with meditation. The focus is not how hard the body will work, but how present the mind will be during this intense physical activity. Inside this class, you will see all of the essential primal movement patterns. This is the next phase of fitness. No props, no gimmicks, no gadgets, and no tricks. Get grounded back to the earth. Shoes optional.

2-Week Intensive

In this two week intensive format, you will develop a greater awareness of your body, along with deep core strength, balanced with deep stretching and relaxation. All of this in preparation for summer time activities and functional movements with all use through out the season. Sign up now!

Absolution

This workout will engage all core muscles from the back and stomach region, using the bosu and focusing on balance and stability. With over 300 different bosu exercises formed with the bosu master trainers, Kofi will lead you through a class that has become his signature workout.

# TRAINING

The concept for this class was architected by two groups of young ladies battling for the same workout time. Focusing on functional training, stability and overall wellness, this workout will inspire you and your fellow fitness peers to push each other to the next level. Working on specific areas of the body and dispelling all myths about women and weights. It is called pound training because 5 are the limit. This class has the privilege of being led by KBR.

Kettlebells

This ancient workout from Russia delivers strength training and cardiovascular training all in one. The unique design of the kettlebell provides workout options for anyone wanting to improve flexibility, burn fat, build lean muscle and feel amazing. Kettlebells are the new movement in strength training in the US, proving to be safer and provide a better full body workout than some traditional weights. Marie's classes are designed to be fun, intense and progressive.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga class offered with love and a sense of humor. Vinyasa is the practice of Asana or postures in a flow-based or dynamic structure. Some of the sequencing is traditional and some is improvised. As one's practice develops so does understanding of physical capacity and consequently the more subtle teachings of Yoga. 75 minute class

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Classes introduce students to ancient yoga techniques that help unify body, mind and spirit. Kundalini yoga allows practitioners to increase their flexibility, boost metabolism, maintain a healthy weight and restore energy and vitality. Classes include movement, postures, strength training, mudras (hand gestures), mantras (chants) and meditation. This type of yoga practice is ideal for the active person who needs to lower their stress load, achieve inner peace and improve their health and well-being.
