Lisa Maser

Lisa specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. She is also trained in Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, and Prenatal and Postpartum Massage. Lisa personalizes every massage experience with a customized aroma, hot towels and depending on the client's needs, a variety of massage techniques are used.

She studied Esthiology and Massage Therapy at Aveda Institute and has worked on a wide variety of clients, ranging all different needs. Lisa believes in the health benefits of massage and bodywork, uses only organic products, and enjoys making a difference in someone's day.

Hello, my name is Danielle. I have been practicing my passion for massage for the past 4 years. Most people describe my technique as extremely beneficial and effective for recovery, with a emphasis on relaxation. I specialize in grouping these modalities together in order to meet each person needs. By specifically using thesetechniques on various parts of the body, I can execute the best result going forward.

Jae Goeschel

I have a passion for helping others achieve their best self with a holistic approach to health and fitness. I have been a fitness trainer for 6 years and have received Certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Holistic Lifestyle Coach level 1, and CHEK Exercise Coach from the CHEK Institute. I am currently earning a degree in Nutrition.  As an Army Ranger I learned the satisfaction of pushing beyond your limits and gained the wisdom to know we often need to train smarter instead of harder. As an enthusiastic holistic practitioner I have made health and fitness my life ambition. I have immersed myself in training and education so I can provide my clients with the best and most educational experience possible. Health and fitness is not something reserved for a precious few, but can be achieved by all. If you feel like that door to your best self has you locked out, will you walk away? Monica Shoberg

I've always been told that if you find something you love to do, and make a career of it, you wont have to work a day in your life. Helping others achieve their goals to live more fulfilling lives, by becoming healthier, happier, and stronger, is something that I care deeply about. I believe that the first step to finding a happier and healthier you, is reaching out to someone that can help you reach your personal goals. There is no such thing as too old to begin, or too out of shape, or too overweight, or too far gone. Each of you have the ability to change your life, right now. By utilizing Pilates breathing and core strengthening techniques, stretching your tight muscles, strengthening your weakened muscles, and eliminating your muscle imbalances, posture will improve, pain will diminish, and you'll be on your way to leading a more fulfilling lifestyle.

Here at KofiCore, I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. In school, I followed an American College of Sports Medicine curriculum. I also have a background in physical therapy, and currently work as a physical therapist assistant at another facility. I am currently studying to become a Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute, so that I will be able to safely and effectively train those effected by cancer to improve their physical strength and flexibility, correct muscle imbalances, prevent and manage lymphedema, increase range of motion and correct postural deviations, reduce pain and fatigue, and design, prescribe, and teach personalized programs.
