He has twenty-seven years of experience in Health and Wellness including as a Certified Instructor in many class formats, Group Exercise Program Coordinator, and Group Exercise Trainer and Presenter. Isaac Dickson is currently a student at Augsburg University pursuing a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. He values the beneficial physical and mental impact that exercise has on everyday health. His passion for fitness and strength-training is reflected in his work at Koficore. Isaac is committed to training individuals to their highest potential, to help them reach and exceed their personal goals. In his free time, Isaac enjoys weightlifting, playing sports such as basketball and soccer with friends, and training his younger brother in his athletic activities. In addition to heavy-lifting and agility training, Issac is expanding his knowledge in many other aspects of fitness such as program design and client engagement.
Lisa Maser specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, and is also trained in Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, and Prenatal and Postpartum Massage. She studied Esthiology and Massage Therapy at Aveda Institute and has worked on a wide variety of clients, ranging all different needs. Lisa believes in the health benefits of massage and bodywork, uses only organic products, and enjoys making a positive difference in someone’s day. She personalizes every massage by customizing a client-specific aroma, offering hot towels, and using a variety of massage techniques depending upon the clients’ needs.
