Abs, Booty, and Back

This high-intensity circuit class focuses on explosive moves (squats, lunges, crawls, jumps, etc.) and short rests, strictly challenging the lower body (legs and glutes) and core. When correctly and consistently performed, this class provides a foundation for a strong, core-centered body on the path to optimal health. 

Cardio and Core

The functional core training you’ve come to expect from Koficore plus cardio to keep your core warm and your heart rate up. The variety will grab you and the results will keep you coming back.

Grooves w/ L. Benson

Do you like to have fun, dance, and burn a few calories? Then, Grooves is for you! This activity class uses basic/familiar movements and sequencing to keep you groovin’ at a comfortable pace. There is a warm-up, a follow-along,  choreography, and a stretch, all to hand-picked music from today’s and yesterday’s hottest artists.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates between high intensity exercise and short rest periods, or between high and low intensity exercises. Functional movements such as crawls and squats, and calisthenics such as running in place, jumping jacks, and jump rope provide the basic structure of HIIT workouts at Koficore. These movements ensure that everyone can find a safe level at which to work and push even harder! Warm-up/Stretch, 30-35 min HIIT,  Cool-down/Stretch.
